On the first floor are three bedrooms with different ambience, each of which has its bathroom en suite. The first bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and bathroom en suite in baroque style. The second also with dressing room and bathroom is kept in modern style and additionally has a terrace of 120 sqm with fantastic view. The third bedroom is also equipped in modern style with dressing room and bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms which are ideal for children and which have four beds per bedroom. They are appropriately decorated.
A fitness room with various training equipment with shower bath is also available for your use.
The outside area has several, partially covered terraces with a fully-equipped, large barbecue area.
20m x 10m measures the huge pool where you can drift on hot summer days. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and on the sun terrace you can find sun loungers and parasols to relax.
Close to the most famous beaches of Majorca such as Es Trenc, which is only 10 minutes by car, the finca is ideally situated for your holiday in the south of the island.
Every Saturday there is a market in Santanyí where you can buy fresh food and other products from the area.
