Only four kilometers from the village and all services and close to the beaches Cala Sant Vicente, Puerto de Pollença, Alcúdia, Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort.
The house is divided on two floors and has a living room with exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace and a guest toilet with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, wardrobes and a safe.
The main bedroom has a bed of 200cm x 180cm, the second bedroom has two single beds of 200cm x 135cm and the third has two beds of 200cm x 90cm.
Outside, there is a nice covered terrace, a barbecue area, a nice salt water pool and a well-kept garden.
On the property, you can enjoy nature and various animals such as lamas, which give the finca its name, deer, ibex, goats, pigs and a variety of different birds.
Pollença is a beautiful village filled with history that retains its traditional character. Walking through the streets, you will find small shops, restaurants, historic buildings and various artisan workshops.
In the immediate vicinity you can admire the fantastic nature such as the bay of Pollença, the cape and the beaches of Formentor, the Sierra de Tramuntana, the monastery of Lluc, the natural park Albufera and other places of interest.
Can Llamas is the ideal starting point to enjoy various activities in the area, whether you prefer the sea, the mountains, walks, bike tours, golf, water sports or boat trips.
