The property is completely fenced and has a direct access through the well-kept garden to the car park directly in front of the house.
Outside the house is an outside kitchen with barbecue area, which is located next to the laundry room leading to the back garden with various fruit trees.
In front of the main entrance is a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside. Through the main entrance you enter directly into the large living / dining room with fireplace and the fully-equipped main kitchen. From the living / dining room you have direct access to the two bedrooms with double beds and a small interspace with fold-out bed.
On the house there is a roof terrace with a fantastic view to the landscape around Artá and the castle of Artá. Only a few meters from the main house is the pool with sun terrace. The house has central heating and two fireplaces, one in the kitchen and one in the living / dining room.
Every Tuesday morning there is a market in Artá where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, Spanish serrano ham, cheese and much more.
If you want to go on a trip, the caves of Artá are only 15 minutes by car in the direction of Canyamel. In Canyamel there is also a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun after the visit to the caves.
The natural park Llevant of Artá is just a few minutes by car from the finca. Here you can choose between many different routes and enjoy undeveloped and untouched Mediterranean nature and beaches.
